Milo Perotto-Wills
Milo: ”I believe everyone can feel good in their body, no matter their background or exercise history, and I am a living example of that.
Having always had a passion for sport but not being particularly athletic, I started weight training in my mid teens. Soone after, I took up boxing and moved on to Muay Thai. I had suffered back pain throughout my teenage years, and various medical interventions did not seem to help. In my early 20’s, my back pain developed into Sciatica. Doctors and Physios encouraged me, ultimately, to learn to live with and ‘manage the pain’. I started doing yoga, and in 2 months, I was living pain-free. A year on, I reintroduced weight training alongside yoga, building muscle and strength. I’ve made sure to do so sustainably, promoting mobility and longevity: moving well to ensure I can continue exercising and doing the things I love well into old age. This is how I train myself and my clients so we can all be happier, healthier and fitter!.”
