My journey into health and fitness began early, driven by a passion for physical activity and personal growth. I competed in football, badminton, rugby, and cross-country during school, which strengthened my love for staying active. After finishing sixth form in 2011, I decided to pursue a career that combined fitness with helping others. As a result, I became a personal trainer.

For the past two years, I have also competed in white-collar boxing, which has been a rewarding way to grow personally. Moreover, it helps me maintain both mental and physical well-being. Through this experience, I have embraced discipline, resilience, and balance—values I strive to share with my clients. I believe anyone can transform their life with dedication, consistency, and the right support.
