Altesse Kyezu
Altesse: My drive to live a healthy lifestyle started when I was young. I played semi-pro football. In addition, I competed at national cross country running. I believe my passion is key to my motivation. As a result, I work hard to create the same in clients.
Running marathons helps me keep an edge on personal training. So my goal is to complete the Abbott World Marathon Series. This is made up of six of the biggest marathons in the world. They are Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago and New York. To do this I have set a marathon goal of 2 hours and 45 minutes.
As well as running, I enjoy CrossFit style training. Hence, I have twice competed at the Tribal Clash in Portugal. It’s seen as the ultimate team competition for athletes.
I believe I can challenge everything you think is a barrier to achieving your goals.
