Abbie – “Ten years ago, I was at the very beginning of my fitness journey. I’d tried countless fads and trends, but I always found myself starting again on Monday. I lacked confidence, hid at the back of fitness classes, and avoided the ” men’s section” of the gym because I didn’t feel I belonged there. However, I knew I needed to make a change—not just for my physical health but also for my mental well-being. So, I decided to work with a Personal Trainer, which completely changed my life. Because of this experience, I was inspired to help others transform their lives too.

Since I’ve been on my own journey, I understand how hard it can feel to take the first step. That’s why I promise to support you every step of the way. For example, I help break down your goals into smaller, manageable steps. In addition, I use my knowledge to choose the right exercises to help you get results”.

Not only do I support you in the studio, but I also take a holistic approach. I look at factors like sleep, nutrition, stress, and hydration to help you feel your best. This way, we work on improving your overall well-being—inside and out.

Abbie is very enthusiastic about creating a positive and motivational atmosphere for her clients. She desires that they “want” to continue striving to reach their goals. Her fun approach to exercise means that she can provide a supportive and encouraging environment for clients of all fitness levels.

Abbie’s exercise programmes always focus on individual needs. As well as their requirements as she believes that training is never a one size fits all! Also, interactions with her do not end when your sessions are up.

Clients receive home workouts and challenges to complete between one to one sessions. Plus you can also expect nutritional guidance and lifestyle advice. Abbie’s goal is to help people feel, look and perform better, so they are even more positive and happier.
