Abbie: “My love of sport and exercise started in my youth with Beckenham Swimming club. Since then, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed boxing, running, home workouts and more. In short, I have always undertaken regular exercise and loved all its benefits. So I decided to combine this passion and enthusiasm into a career. I am especially interested in pre & postnatal exercise and have first-hand understanding of exercise through the maternal process. My aim is to help clients feel strong and confident, and to find a true enjoyment for exercise.”

Abbie is very enthusiastic about creating a positive and motivational atmosphere for her clients. She desires that they “want” to continue striving to reach their goals. Her fun approach to exercise means that she can provide a supportive and encouraging environment for clients of all fitness levels.

Abbie’s exercise programmes always focus on individual needs. As well as their requirements as she believes that training is never a one size fits all! Also, interactions with her do not end when your sessions are up.

Clients receive home workouts and challenges to complete between one to one sessions. Plus you can also expect nutritional guidance and lifestyle advice. Abbie’s goal is to help people feel, look and perform better, so they are even more positive and happier.
